DeskClone Rebrand and Documentation Refresh
We refreshed the entire documentation site to match how the product has grown - and to reflect a naming change.
**The platform is now simply DeskClone.** The agent you build is yours to name; the docs refer to it as "your agent." Everything you read now uses one clear brand.
What's new in the docs:
- **Agent Tools** - built-in tools, custom API tools, connection presets (Zendesk, Shopify, Stripe, Slack, and more), MCP servers, and read-only/mutating/destructive risk gating
- **Advanced agent settings** - stopping conditions, response tuning, and custom identity and domain instructions
- **Escalation routing** - create a ticket, send an email, or call a custom action when your agent hands off
- **Widget file and photo attachments** - visitors can share screenshots and documents in chat
- **Smart Import** - website crawling and refreshed cost estimates alongside files, Google Drive, Notion, and email history
- **Usage and capacity** - 80% / 95% / 100% capacity nudges, booster packs, and the Usage & Spend view
- **Quality insights** - tool usage, confidence, escalation reasons, and guardrail activity
- **Annotated screenshots** added across every article
